General conditions of sale

Object :

These general conditions of sale govern the sale of wines and related products by Cave le Tambourin, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", to its customers, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Products:

The Seller offers for sale a selection of wines, spirits and related products via its website and/or in physical stores. The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of certain products.

Price :

Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding any delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the application of the rate in force at the time of validation of the order.

Order :

The Customer may place an order via the Seller's website or in a physical store. The order will only be final after payment has been validated. The Customer declares that he/she has read these general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order and accepts them without reservation.

Payment :

Payment for orders is made by credit card, bank transfer or any other means of payment accepted by the Seller. Payments are secure and the information transmitted is encrypted according to current standards.

Delivery :

The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of the products and the place of delivery. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Sale of alcohol:

The Customer declares to be of legal drinking age in his country of residence. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for alcoholic products to any person who does not respect this condition.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Swiss law, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs which remain his responsibility.

Guarantees:

The Seller guarantees that the products sold comply with current Swiss legislation and are free from any hidden defects. In the event of proven non-compliance, the Customer may request a refund or exchange of the defective product.

Disputes and liability:

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the Swiss courts will have sole jurisdiction to settle any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general terms and conditions of sale.
